Endocrine support for your pet
The thyroid gland produces thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) that have a number of functions in the body and are particularly critical in maintaining your pet’s metabolic rate. This in turn may have an impact on a range of other body functions such as digestion (also body weight), heart rate and reproductive functioning. Energy levels and skin and coat health are also influenced by thyroid function and so your pet may feel fatigued or have a dull coat if this organ is not functioning at optimum level. Maintaining balance of thyroid hormones and of the pituitary gland that regulates them is therefore important for the overall systemic health of your dog or cat.

The Natural Way
The thyroid gland does not operate in isolation and should be seen as part of overall systemic functioning. From a holistic approach, therefore, it makes sense that regular exercise and a balanced diet are important in maintaining systemic as well as thyroid health. Certain herbs are also known to support the health of the thyroid. As animals react well to supplementation with herbal remedies, these can also play an important role in supporting a pet’s thyroid function. Homeopathic remedies can be equally effective in maintaining skin and coat health, energy levels, digestive functioning and a healthy body weight.

What is Thyroid Soothe?
Thyroid Soothe is a 100% safe and natural homeopathic remedy that uses ingredients known for their ability to support thyroid health, as well as help support the function of the entire endocrine system. Taken internally, the ingredients in Thyroid Soothe are homeopathic, thus addressing acute symptoms such as appetite disturbance, hyperactivity, loss of hair and increased nervousness – as well as helping to maintain balance in the thyroid gland. In addition, routine energy levels and a healthy weight are also supported.

How has Thyroid Soothe helped others?
“Our family cat of 10 years was losing weight even though she was eating like a trooper! I was concerned that she seemed to have no energy and used to try and cool off when it was hot (even though she was always fond of the sun). I was reluctant to put her on any harsh drugs. With our vet's advice we looked around and found your site. I am glad to report that after using this product she is like the old cat we knew!”
- Sam

“... My two Tabby’s were losing their shine and I saw their coats were dull. ... They desperately needed a natural supplement – I am so glad I found this.”
- Allen M

“… This is a great product – I work in a vet on weekends and see so many customers bringing in their pets for this condition. I am happy to report that I tried this on my own cat, and my boss could not believe the difference.”
- Kay

“Thank you for a natural alternative for our animals. This is another great addition to your range. We will be telling our friends about the great service we have received from PetAlive and your team.”
- Susan and Rick

“My cat Joe seemed to be drinking a lot more than usual and then urinating frequently. When I noticed he had been vomiting I took him to our vet. ……. My husband has used your human remedies (Thyroid Assist), so I decided why not use the animal remedies for Joe. He has been using Thyroid Soothe and is doing well.”
- Alison Anne

“My wife has been so worried about our cat, but after ordering this product she has improved so much (the cat and my wife!) Thanks for another great remedy!”
- Peter F.

What are the Ingredients?
Thyroid Soothe contains the following 100% homeopathic active ingredients in equal parts and in therapeutic dosage:
  • Chamomilla (30C) – this remedy is frequently recommended by homeopaths for its calming and soothing properties. One study even documented chamomile used in Sao Paulo by parents to promote natural relaxation for their children. (Alves, A. R. and da Silva, M. J. “Use of phytotherapy in children up to 5 years of age in a central and peripheral area of the city of Sao Paulo”. Rev Esc Enferm.USP. 2003;37(4):85-91).
  • Lycopus (6C) – – This remedy suits animals that have a lackluster coat or a coat that is patchy and uneven. Lycopus can also help to promote the health of the endocrine system. In homeopathic potency, Lycopus is useful in the treatment of erratic pulse as well as respiratory problems.
  • Zingiber (D3) – This homeopathic remedy has long been used for its soothing and calming properties and is gentle enough for animals of all ages and sizes. At this potency, Zingiber has a particularly positive effect on the digestive system.
  • Cratageous (30C) – This homeopathic remedy is well known for its affinity with the heart and circulatory system. In homeopathic potency, Cratageous is used to calm heart palpitations and assist a fast and feeble pulse.
  • Nux vom (30C) – This is often used for animals that are bilious or nauseous. A great remedy for pets that are irritable or don’t like being touched when they are not feeling one hundred percent.
  • Sucrose (inactive ingredient).

Thyroid Soothe contains no gluten, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Safe for use during pregnancy and nursing.

Our products are animal-cruelty free and individual ingredients are well-researched and are natural, safe and effective.

How do I use Thyroid Soothe?
Directions: Sprinkle granules directly into the mouth and hold closed briefly.

Initial dose: Every 30 minutes for up to ten doses. Thereafter, three times daily.

Cats and small dogs: One large pinch of granules.
Small to medium dogs: 2 pinches.
Medium to large dogs: 1/4 cap granules.

Note: May be used with PetAlive Heart & Circulation Tonic.

CAUTION: Consult your vet if symptoms persist or worsen.

How long until I see results?
Because Thyroid Soothe is 100% homeopathic, it gets to work quickly upon the first dose to help support balance in the thyroid gland. While some animals begin to show an almost immediate improvement that increases over time, others will see results after 3-5 days.

Thyroid Soothe can safely be used along with prescription medications from your vet. No adverse interactions have been noted between the ingredients in Thyroid Soothe and prescription medications. However, as with any medicine, it is always advisable to consult your vet.

How long will a bottle last?
One bottle of Thyroid Soothe contains 20 grams of homeopathic granules and will last for approximately 15 - 60 days, depending on the size of your pet and frequency of use.
